Getting Connected
Helping you provide Value-Added Service"
The demand to streamline the inventory search and procurement process has just taken a turn for the better with the release of iCONNECT, an Internet based parts ordering system. The ability for individual jobbers to "brand" the web site as their own is designed to make those jobbers offering this service the preferred supplier to dealers and installers.

The easy-to-use Multi-functional software provides the ability for your customer to perform a variety of tasks including stock and price checks, account status and parts ordering. The ability to easily and quickly find the correct part number is provided by the use of flexible searches as well as access to the AAIA compliant electronic catalogue. In addition the system provides pictures for many of the manufacturers product contained in the catalogue database. The result is that the jobber may now offer his customer more value from a ONE STOP experience thereby reducing the time and effort they spend on non-productive tasks and increasing the time they have to grow their business. The best part of all is that it is you the jobber who will get the credit once your dealer "Gets Connected".

The dealer may only access the system once their preferred jobber has sponsored them onto the system, thereby making sure only your product and pricing is available to them.
In the event the jobber is not using a system from ams the product is designed so that it can interface to competitive systems via compliance with an optional transACTION server module. This allows any jobber to take advantage of iCONNECT without having to replace whatever system they currently use.

How does it work?
"The Internet is the Key" - Getting Started

To assist in this iCONNECTcomes complete with a number of Links built in so that your customer sees immediate benefit thus reducing the initial resistance to the need for Internet services.

What's in it for you?
Is that your customers will be happier with reduced telephone bottlenecks, 24X7 availability and better service as your counter staff are freed up to deal with issues that do need personal attention.
