jDispatch is a full-featured delivery tracking application that can be run on any Android or iOS device. Tightly integrated with COUNTERPOINT®, jDispatch allows you to analyse order processing and delivery efficiency, as well as reduce paper waste by accepting electronic signatures. Quickly dispatch invoices from COUNTERPOINT® and have the system notify your drivers instantly that they have a delivery waiting for them. The ability to run on either the cell network with an optional data plan or in a fully batch mode (WiFi), means even the most remote users can take advantage of most or all of the functionality offered.
Along with the basic delivery tracking and signature capture, jDispatch offers an expanding array of features such as vehicle tracking, driving directions, and Real Time system to driver communication. All of these features and more are available from our on-line real-time dashboard, viewable from any device, anywhere in the world!
